That is, until this home came available. My husband was on a routine call for a boiler that wouldn't stop pumping the heat. In a casual conversation, he found out that the mother had passed a few years back, and the father had advanced dementia and would be moving into assisted living. The daughter, who was already busy with her husbands family assets, had decided to sell the house. Without it ever hitting the market, many people had already begun asking to buy it.
