I've lived in a different place every other year for the last few decades it seems, and while the real estate market everywhere seems to be tough, in Juneau, it's pretty limited. That is, until this home came available. My husband was on a routine call for a boiler that wouldn't stop pumping the heat. In a casual conversation, he found out that the mother had passed a few years back, and the father had advanced dementia and would be moving into assisted living.
